Nissan Easter festival of 2012 on its way to rock big time

It takes a creative, brilliant and constructive communications tean in an organisation to plan a spectacular event that will leave people thrilled. Nissan South African will be hosting a very spectacular and massive easter event on Saturday, March  31 untill Monday, April 9, 2012 at Kyalami, near Johannesburg in Gauteng. The most interesting part about this event is that the entrance will be free thus the kids will not be left out. Nissan lovers will get a free test drive which will take place at the Nissan Test-Drive station which is located in the Bernhard McHardy Arena. According the Nissan website , people are advised to bring their pets
along to the show and they can enter the Nutriphase Pooch Pageant and stand a chance to win wonderful prizes. Proceeds from entries go to selected animal welfare organisations.
Its in your own interest to come as there will be a variety of children’s activities including kiddies fun fair, carousel, camel and pony rides as well as an assortment of catering and stalls.

Other exciting activities include:• A visit from the Beacon Easter Bunny as he hands out Easter eggs
• A variety of catering options: tea garden, ice cream parlour and Club Snack Bar
• Stalls of all types: arts, crafts, organic market, bead work, home industries, pet accessories, horse tack and equipment
• Nissan Kiddies Fun Fair

  1. It is a very intresting event ,mostly the part that it accomodates everyone. In the Nutriphase pageant what are the prizes to be won?

    1. Thank you for the question, but unfortunately the prizes to be won are not mentioned so I guess its a suprise for those who will attend the festival.And als remember that proceeds from entries will go to selected animal welfare organisations.

  2. Nissen has been around for quiet a long time so I say its a good thing that they are giving back to the community, because they are what they are because the their consumers. such initiatives help build a positive image of an organisation

    1. I fully agree with you Refi, it is very important for organisations to involve themselves in Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects to show their consumers that they appreciate their support. In doing so they are also building a good brand name or image for their organisation.

  3. Nissan is one of the leadind car manufactures in South Africa and so it is a must for it to hold events of high magnitude inorder to still maintain a good image.

Talking of good image Lorraine, I agree that image is one of the most important things that an organisation must try to build and maintain.Nissan is a very big organisation and it must try by all means possible to meet their consumers expectations and this good initiative they have taken is also putting them on a map.

  5. Nissan is doing well by doing this. Other companies should consider having events where the entrance is free, atleast once a while because there are many who would love to attend these events but find that its too expensive because they won't be attending alone.

  7. wow am thrilled myself but overall i think its a good initiative that nissan does not only strive to serve our car needs but also they are giving back to the people so big up to them.

Bravo to Nissan as it involved its followers in their event.Good companies with good images always involve their followers when they make decisions and host events.People interested in Nissan cars will feel respected and appreciated to participate in Nissan events and they always know that they are being taken seriously by Nissan

  10. I was attending this event and i have to say big ups to the Nissan team for pull hosting such a great event and I think if most organisations want to host succesful events they should go for something that will accommodate every one like this event.
